Chris Adams and Kevin Allard own and operate iTrip Pensacola, and manage vacation properties in Pensacola, Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze.

Kevin and Chris recently moved to Pensacola after falling in love with the sugary white beaches, emerald green waters, and up-and-coming downtown area. Kevin, a lifelong Floridian moved from Port St. Lucie, and Chris moved from Knoxville, Tennessee.

Before moving to Florida, Chris worked in multi-unit retail management for a large franchise for 17 years. He is originally from Alabama but spent the last three years based in Knoxville. His extensive management experience and passion for customer service is what drove him to the iTrip business model and enables him to provide outstanding care for properties and guests during vacation stays.

Kevin studied multinational business at Florida State University. He spent 12 years in the food service industry. Then he followed a career opportunity and spent the next 22 years in the retail industry. Seeing the direction and challenges regarding the future of retail, Kevin decided to pursue a different career path. He discovered iTrip's business model and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Pensacola vacation property management company. Additionally, Kevin is the proud father of one daughter.
